CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY FOR COLISSIMO-PACKAGES:

Packages are delivered to the address indicated in the order. All packages are delivered against signature.

If the buyer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice is then left in his mailbox and the package will wait at the post office. It must then be collected within the time limit specified on the transit advice note, otherwise it will be necessary to pay again for the reshipment of the package if it were to return to the head office.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY FOR PACKAGES PURCHASED BY PRIVATE TRANSPORTER : The delivery person is not contractually bound to deliver the package inside the home but in the lobby of the building or in front of the home in the case of a detached house. No services will be provided on the floor.

Packages are delivered on non-returnable pallets, this reduces the risk of damage.

Before signing the delivery note, and therefore accepting the package, it is essential to check the condition of the package and the product. If an anomaly or damage exists, it is mandatory to specify it clearly on the delivery note, by affixing precise reserves, dated and signed (ex: left corner damaged). The products being considered accepted by the customer at the time of delivery, if no reservation is reported, no recourse can be taken.

Packages are delivered from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding public holidays) to the address indicated in the order. The carrier calls to define with the buyer a day and a delivery slot. The buyer must ensure before placing an order that the products pass through the doorways, stairwells or elevators. The buyer must mention in his order the information useful to the deliverer: the building number, the code(s) in case of secure access, a narrow access road...

Address and return process:

It is preferable to contact the seller's customer service beforehand by courier who will guide the customer in this process.

The customer has within seven working days from the delivery of his order, a right of return for exchange or refund, products that do not suit him. Only products returned to the seller in perfect condition for resale AND in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) will be taken into account.

The shipping costs of the return package are at the customer's expense. Initial delivery charges are not refunded. The seller does not accept postage due packages that will be returned to the sender.

In the case of a private carrier shipment, you can ask the seller to have the package(s) "picked up". In this case, the refund of your order will be charged against the actual costs that will be invoiced to the seller.

If you return a product because it no longer suits you at the time of receipt, you will be responsible for the return costs.

If you return a product due to a delivery error, reference error, etc., the shipping costs are at the seller's expense.

All risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Return procedure:

1. Contact to be made with the seller from RueDuCommerce before any return.

2. In the case of a return by La Poste, return the product in its original packaging to the following address with the order number and contact details of the buyer:

3. In the case of a return by private carrier, the package must be reconditioned on pallets to avoid any damage. Arrange an appointment to pick it up.

RECLAMATION / SAV:

1. Complaints and after-sales service requests are processed by email, your request must be made within 7 days. Send a message mentioning your order number with photos of the anomaly found. The after-sales service will not be able to process your request if you do not attach photos.

2. Follow the instructions of the after-sales service and keep the original packaging of your item.

RECALLY: In case of delivery by private carrier, it is mandatory to check the condition of the package and the product.
